Scanning Station
Do you have albums of old photos that you’d love to have preserved for future generations but don’t have a quick, easy, and cheap way to preserve those photos? The Benson Memorial Library Scanning Station is a library service offered to anyone who wishes to scan their own personal photographs, documents, and more at a high quality.
Using an Expression XL scanner, anyone can now digitize and preserve their photographs and important documents. Those using the Photo Scanning Station also have the option of donating a digital copy of their scanned items to the Benson Memorial Library to help the library build a Local History Digital Collection. The aim of this collection is to add to Titusville’s already rich history and to help preserve the stories of today for those in the future.
Library guests using the Scanning Station should bring their own digital storage device so that they can save their scanned items.
