This report examines a variety of socio-economic trends in Pennsylvania and makes recommendations about Pennsylvania's future. The study includes profiles of nine metropolitan areas including Erie, Harrisburg, Lancaster, Lehigh Valley, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Reading, Scranton/Wilkes-Barre/Hazleton, and York.
